You may assume that every physical therapist practices his / her profession as well as possible. However, if you have any complaints about the treatment or the way your physical therapist treats you, it is good to make this known. For yourself, for other patients and for the quality of physiotherapy. The procedure is as follows:
- If you have a complaint, you should preferably turn to the therapist concerned or fill in a form. This form can also be found in the waiting room.
- The complaint is discussed in a personal conversation and an attempt is made to find a solution.
- If this does not have the desired effect, you can write to the complaints committee of the KNGF (see folder in the practice).
- The complaints committee mediates, possibly conducts an investigation and makes a recommendation.
