The health insurer also expects us to provide quality care. Therefore, health insurance companies increasingly demand that care providers conduct an independent patient satisfaction survey. We gladly participate in this. Since 2012 the satisfaction survey at Fytalis has been conducted by Qualizorg.

Voluntary and anonymous
Qualizorg conducts the survey and ensures that your data is treated completely anonymously and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). We as a physiotherapy practice, your own therapist and your insurer will not find out what you have answered personally. Your e-mail address will not be shared with third parties. Participation in the study is completely voluntary and can be terminated at any time chosen by you without any consequences.
